Chef Glenn Burgess

Chef Glenn has been cooking most of his life. He attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu's school in Ottawa, Canada, where he earned certificates in both "cuisine" and "pastry". He is also a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Institute (now known as the Culinary Business Academy).

 "What is your specialty?"

I hear this question quite often, and yet never really had a definite answer! I take recipes from all over the world; if it tastes great I add it to my repetoire. American, European, Meditteranean, North African, and Latin American flavors all find their way onto this Long Island chef's menu.  


 Chef Glenn was featured in an article in the NY Times in 2006.


Occasionally, Chef Glenn likes to lay down his knife and take up pen & paper (OK, sit down at a computer) for a spot of  food writing.
